Typographical Errors
In the event that a The Pickin Parlor product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Pickin Parlor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Pickin Parlor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Pickin Parlor shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Are the instruments set up before they ship?
Do not worry about instruments you order from The Pickin' Parlor. Every instrument is "benched" before they ship out. In other words, all you have to do is tune up and start playing. You will not ever open a case and see the strings laying flat and the bridge tucked in the pick compartment.
How will my items be shipped?
Small items - books, DVDs, videos, parts, etc. are shipped by USPS media mail. Large items - instruments, amps, speakers, etc. are shipped by insured UPS.

How long does it take to get my goodies?
We try hard to keep all items in stock at all times but it is inevitable that outages occur now and then. The Pickin Parlor gets shipments on a weekly basis so any shortages are generally short lived. In most cases orders for in stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours and in many cases are shipped out the day the order is received. Because of the set up time involved for instruments it may take up to three extra days for an instrument to ship. Depending on your location, please allow up 7 - 10 working days for your items to meander their way to you. In most cases people get their goodies in around a week after shipment. In some cases very popular instruments are handled on a pre-ordered basis or on reserve. We will always keep you up to date on expected delivery times.
What is the Pickin Parlor return policy?
Because of the nature of the product, printed materials, videos, tapes and cd's are not returnable unless they are defective. Harmonicas are also non returnable. Other items are returnable if The Pickin Parlor is notified within 48 hours of your receiving them. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. We will gladly exchange the item for you or a refund will be issued minus any shipping charges. Shipping charges on items returned to the Pickin Parlor are the responsibility of the purchaser.
